After completing the complaint asessment Licensor Severson determined there was enough information to indicate, more likely than not, that Provider did not follow in response to allergic reaction specificed in medical plan, by administering medication pursuant to the instructions in the child's individual care plan, nor did the Center have a specific location, knowing where medication was being storred, during times it was needed for child, or ensure the child did not have access to the specific foods the child was allergic to. ??
